Order information stays focused on your order.
Abi’s Cocktails & Co. collects the information you submit when starting an order, including your name, email address, mobile number, order choices, pickup preference and notes. We use it to verify the order request, prepare confirmed orders, coordinate pickup and send transactional order-status notifications.
Before an order is confirmed, we use a one-time verification code. Email codes are delivered through the configured email provider. Text and WhatsApp verification may be processed through Twilio Verify. If you choose text or WhatsApp, your mobile number is used for those transactional messages. Message and data rates may apply. Transactional consent is not marketing consent.
If you choose or are required to prepay, payment is handled on Stripe’s hosted checkout. Abi’s Cocktails & Co. does not receive or store your full payment-card number on this site. Stripe returns payment status and transaction references needed to confirm and reconcile the order.
Unconfirmed order drafts are temporary and are removed after they expire. Confirmed order records are stored in the site’s private server-side order store. Completed and cancelled orders are automatically deleted after the configured retention period.
Third-party service providers may process limited information needed to operate the service. The deployment supports Resend for email, Twilio for SMS/WhatsApp and verification, Stripe for optional or required online payment, Cloudflare Turnstile for automated-abuse protection, and Netlify for hosting, serverless functions and order storage.
The admin queue uses a short-lived, server-verified security session rather than storing the administrator password in browser storage. The admin session uses a strictly necessary HttpOnly cookie.
